Can you really get here in 30 minutes?
We target an ETA of 20–45 minutes across Greater Houston. Obviously, rush hour on 610 can change things, but we provide live ETA updates so you aren't left guessing.
Do you service Electric Vehicles (EVs)?
Yes! We handle lockouts, 12V battery jumps, and tire issues for EVs. If it's a high-voltage drivetrain issue, we will safely route a flatbed to take you to a certified facility.
Can you reach me in a parking garage?
Usually, yes. Just tell our dispatcher which level you are on and the clearance height. We have vehicles designed to fit in tight structures.
What about old or damaged parts?
We treat every car like it’s our own. However, sometimes old parts give out, even with the gentlest touch. EGM Roadside is not financially responsible for parts that break due to pre-existing damage, rust, corrosion, or age. If a lug nut snaps because it was cross-threaded by a previous shop, or a door handle linkage fails because it was already loose, we cannot be held liable. We are here to help, not to inherit existing mechanical problems.
